1. Scope
This Policy applies to all content on CLASSQR: lessons, materials, slides, questions, tests, assignments, embedded video, images and audio. It is part of our Terms of Service and is written under generally applicable copyright law.
2. User-generated content
- Lessons, materials, questions, tests, assignments and class data that a center or teacher creates or uploads are owned by the creator or the organization they work for, as agreed between them.
- Users grant TEX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, back up, convert format (for example converting a PowerPoint slide deck to a web-viewable page) and display that content to the people the User chooses to share it with. This license exists only to operate the service and ends when the content is deleted, other than backup copies kept for the technical retention period.
- We do not sell, publish, or use a User's own content for promotion without their consent.
- Users confirm they have sufficient rights to upload content: they created it themselves, the author authorized it, or it falls under a use permitted by law without permission (fair use for teaching, non-commercial, with attribution and source). Uploading an entire copyrighted textbook, reference book, exam paper or someone else's video for class distribution is not fair use.
3. Content shared with students
When a center or teacher assigns work, shares materials, or opens a class, students and parents may view and use that content for their own learning during their time in the class. Students must not bulk-copy, record, screenshot or redistribute tests, answers or lessons outside class without the teacher's permission.
4. Content provided by CLASSQR
- Sample tests, sample question banks, curriculum topic frameworks, the interface, source code and the CLASSQR brand are owned by TEX Vietnam Technology JSC.
- Users with an account may insert this content into their lessons, questions and assignments and use it to teach on the Platform, including in paid classes.
- Sample questions may not be exported for republishing, resale, or compiled into a separate collection; attribution, watermarks or license notices must not be removed.
5. Open library and "Save to my library"
The test sets in our open library are selected by CLASSQR to be public. Visitors who are not signed in can see a preview; signed-in users can view the full set and click Save to my library to get their own copy.
- A saved copy may be edited freely and used in your own classes on the Platform.
- Saving a copy does not make you the owner of the original. Your edits belong to you; the original remains governed by section 4, or by a third party's license if it is third-party content.
6. AI-generated content
- Questions, tests and feedback drafted by the Platform's AI tools at a User's request are given to that User to use. TEX does not claim ownership of that output.
- Under most copyright laws, protection covers human creative work; content produced purely by AI, without creative human contribution, may not be protected. Review and add to it before treating it as your own material.
- AI may unintentionally produce content resembling existing material. Users must review and are responsible for the final content before publishing it.
- Do not use the Platform's AI to copy or paraphrase a book, exam or someone else's material in order to evade copyright.
7. Reporting a copyright infringement
If you own rights, or are authorized by the owner, and believe content on CLASSQR infringes those rights, send a notice to the support email in section 10 with the subject "Copyright infringement report", including:
- Your name, address, phone number and email; a power of attorney if sending on the owner's behalf.
- A description of the work infringed and evidence of ownership (a copyright registration certificate, a dated original, a contract, a publication, etc.).
- The specific link to the infringing content on CLASSQR.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you accept responsibility for the notice.
8. How we handle a report

| Notice to the poster | We notify the person who posted the content, with the necessary details of the complaint, so they can respond with evidence within 10 days. |
| Outcome | We remove the content permanently where the infringement is clear, or restore it if the response is well-founded and the complainant has not brought the matter to a competent authority. We always follow the decisions of courts and competent authorities. |
| Repeat infringement | An account with repeated violations may have its sharing features restricted, or be suspended. |
Sending a false notice to have someone else's content removed is itself a violation; the sender is responsible for any resulting harm.
9. Third-party content
Some videos and software libraries on CLASSQR belong to third parties and are used under their own license, for example YouTube videos embedded under YouTube's terms. A YouTube video a teacher embeds remains the property of whoever uploaded it to YouTube; CLASSQR only embeds the official player and does not download or store a copy.
